Celebrating Social Media for #SocialGood
We want to bring to your attention a great opportunity to get together and talk about how Social Media can be used for Social Good. Mashable and (RED), an organization working to eliminate AIDS in Africa, are teaming together to celebrate Social Good Day on Thursday, September 23rd and are encouraging YOU to gather in your community and have a discussion about how we can use social media tools, like Facebook and Twitter, to spread the word about worthy causes.
Mocha Club is excited to host a Social Good Day meeting right here in Nashville. Come out to Local Taco in Brentwood on September 23rd to brainstorm ways we can all use Social Media tools to do good locally and globally. By organizing an event in our community, we hope to generate fresh and creative ideas about how Social Media can be used to tackle some of today’s toughest social issues. Here’s the low-down…
